Midtown Classic

Our client had purchased what was originally a bungalow that had been topped. While the location and space were great, it didn’t have the personality or character to match the family that was living there. While no major structural work was necessary, we still gave this home a complete facelift with interior finishes including a new modern kitchen, new washrooms with custom millwork, wood paneling, a large sliding door to bring in light and a fireplace in the living room. This is a fantastic example of our ability to take a blank canvas and transform it into a warm and inviting living space.
