Powerhouse

After becoming empty nesters, our clients had thoughts of condo living and downsizing from their current Leaside home.  After a short search, this couple felt renovating their current home to suit their active lifestyle was the better choice. 

The interior was remodeled including new flooring, custom millwork, fresh windows and a modern bathroom. Since our clients love to entertain, a major highlight is the addition of the three seasons room that replaces their former back deck. Features such as clear cedar interior cladding, a fire table and strategic lighting create a glowing space that lights up the night. Our clients can enjoy the outdoors almost all year round, something a condo could not offer.
